Orders to be placed before 3pm, day before the required delivery date.
Special orders need to be placed by 1:30pm day before delivery.
Late orders need to be emailed – confirmation email will be sent once the order has been received

Platters & Equipment:
All platters / Equipment are requested to be cleaned and placed in a central location for pick up day after your booking.

Lost property:

A replacement fee will be charged for lost platters and equipment. Prices do vary for platters and equipment. POA.

Payments Accepted:
Cash on Delivery.
EFT, Credit Cards & Cheque.
Master Card and Visa.
Amex Merchant fees apply (1.5%)
